I love yoga wholeheartedly. It is such a vast science that is beneficial for all ages, energy levels, health issues, personality types, strengths and ambitions. I have been enjoying practising for over 20 years and it continues to be one of my main passions.
When teaching group classes, I like to make things as accessible as possible. I give options within many of the poses to allow you to feel and choose what is most beneficial and enjoyable for your body in each moment. Whether the class is a dynamic full body flow, or a relaxing deep relax stretch and breathe class, I encourage people to be more present, to notice more and to be stronger and more resilient.
Private classes are particularly beneficial to help with routine, discipline, and to work with a specific ailment or body challenge such as physical discomfort, osteoporosis, chronic fatigue or stress. Also, for assistance with your own self-practise….. Rather than prescribing a set series of postures, we work together to assess what your body is currently able to do, then I tailor a practice for you.

After an initial face-to-face or online consultation to ensure that I have an understanding of your needs, restrictions and requirements. Based on this, online classes are available.
I create unique classes tailored to your wants and needs. With precise and clear verbal instruction I guide and correct you to ensure that you are getting the most of each moment of your practise according to where you are at right now.

Group yoga classes in the comfort of your home.
Full Body Flow Class
A flow of yoga poses linking body and breath to awaken and enliven every bit of you. A different sequence each time, always with a focus on experiencing and enjoying being in your body.
I give options to modifying many of the poses so that this class is suitable for every level and every body.
Deep relax stretch and breathe
A wonderful way to let go of stress, We hold each pose for long enough for our bodies and minds to let go of tension and stress. We breathe slowly and relax as completely as possible, ending the class lighter and freer.
